Plano, TX, September 19, 2011 - The Dallas Renovation Group has been chosen to create the “Remodeled Home of Tomorrow” at the 2011 State Fair of Texas. The “Remodeled Home of Tomorrow” will be on display during the 2011 State Fair of Texas in the Homes of Tomorrow Exhibit, just behind the Automotive Pavillions. The Home of Tomorrow exhibit is a place to explore technologies and product scenarios that will transform the way you live. As one of two Full-scale homes on display at this year’s State Fair, "The Remodeled Home of Tomorrow," will be used to explore practical applications of cutting-edge design and remodeling trends.

November 9, 2010:  Regenesis Design Build wins Three Local Contractor of the Year Awards from the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI)

Regenesis Design Build was awarded three NARI CotY Awards for three submitted projects, including (1) Entire House Under $250,000, (2) Residential Kitchen $80,000 - $120,000, and (3) Residential Exterior $100,000 and Over.  These projects have been entered into NARI Regional and National Award Competitions to be judged in early 2011.

September 15, 2010:  Regenesis Design Build wins region-wide STAR Award for Building Excellence

Regenesis Design Build was awarded a Texas Association of Builders "Star Award" for Best Outdoor Living Space.  This award is is "the only regional tribute to building excellence".  The Sunbelt region of TAB includes Texas, Lousiana, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico.  This Best Outdoor Living Space is shown amongst our gallery photos.  Special congrautions go to Richard Gadwood for his fine project and construction management.

August 31, 2010:  Regenesis Design Build  - Texas Association of Builders' STAR Awards Finalist

Regenesis Design Build is a Finalist in three categories in the Sunbelt region of the Texas Association of Builders' annual STAR AWARDS for excellence.  The award categories are Best Direct Mail Piece, Best Specialty Room and Best Outdoor Living Space.

July 22, 2010:  Regenesis Design Build  - ARC Award Finalist

Regenesis Design Build was listed as a Silver Award Winner, and Finalist in the Dallas Home Builders' Association annual ARC Awards for excellence.  Regenesis is a finalist in two categories of ARC awards, including "exterior" for expansive outdoor patio, kitchen and living area project, and in the "specialty" category for a 7-car garage makeover. 

April 19, 2010:  Regenesis Design Build - EPA Lead Paint Certification

Regenesis has been certified by the EPA, as a Lead Paint Renovation Contractor.  Under this certification, Regenenis is committed to using lead-safe work practices to keep our clients safe.  As of the implementaiton date of April 22, 2010, all of our employees and required subcontractors will be EPA Certified Renovators individually.

March 15, 2010:  Regenesis Design Build is finalist in 2010 McSam Awards.  Regenesis Design Build was honored as a finalist in the HBA's 2010 McSam Awards, for the Best Direct Mail Piece for its Luxury Home Renovation Magazine. 

October 15th, 2009:  Regenesis Design Build, LLC recognized as a Green Business.  Regenesis Desgin Build becomes the first home renovation company in the Dallas Metroplex, to be recognized as a Greenergy 2030 Eco-Certified Business, by the Greenergy2030 Business Alliance

Regenesis Design Build Project to be featured on HGTV's "Bang for your Buck" show, airing August 7th, 2009, at 8:30 p.m.  This is a beautiful $90,000 kitchen in west Plano. 

 2009 - Regenesis Design-Build was awarded two 2009 Contractor of the Year (or CotY) awards by the Greater Dallas Chapter of NARI, the National Association of the Remodeling Industry.  The first award, “Residential Exterior under $100,000, was for a hill-country outdoor kitchen and covered patio, featuring a 25’ tall Austin-chalk fireplace and chimney, full cedar beams and posts, and a massive flagstone patio. The second honor was for “Residential Bath $30,000 - $60,000.  This traditional master bathroom was transformed into a luxurious retreat, styled with travertine floors accented with antique tiles, and slab travertine countertops.

January 2008 - NARI Regional "Contractor of the Year" for Residential Specialty Interior - an award-winning 1,500+ bottle, climate controlled, Wine Grotto.

January 2008 - NARI Regional "Contractor of the Year" for Residential Addition over $250,000 - an award winning 3,600 square foot addition, featuring 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, game room, family room, wine room, media & entertainment suite and 2 living areas. 

November 2007 - Regenesis Design-Build was awarded two 2008 NARI Local and Regional Contractor of the Year (or CotY) awards by the National Association of the Remodeling Industry.  Regenesis was honored with the first award, “Residential Specialty Interior”, for a stunning climate controlled wine cellar creation, featuring over 1,500 bottles of heart-redwood wine storage, in a sunken wine cellar.  The second honor was an award for “Residential Addition over $250,000”, which was a 3,000 square foot addition to a client home. In December, Regenesis Remodeling was nomiated for National Awards in both categories.
