Dallas Renovation Group

The Dallas Renovation Group includes Regenesis Design Build, Regenesis Commercial, Village Remodeling, and ReBath of DFW.  These four successful companies each focus on differing market segments, but allow significant benefits to our clients in renovation experise and technical skills, in additional saving money through our substantial purchasing power.

Custom Builder USA (CBUSA) is a membership only group of the top 25 builders and remodelers in the DFW area, that have banded together as a buying group to leverage our purchasing power on materials ranging from lumber, drywall and concrete, to plumbing fixtures, lighting, and appliances.  Regenesis is proud to be an active member in CBUSA, and also to have the superior pricing on these items to pass along to our customers. Nationally, CBUSA ranks as the 10th largest builder in the United States with the combined purchases of it's member builders.

National Association of the Remodeling Industry, NARI

NARI is a national organization governing the remodeling industry Members are required to follow a strict code of ethics.  NARI was formed to provide qualified and professional remodeling companies to stand above the less inclined companies the exist in the industry.  The code of ethics is as follows:

The Home Builders Association of Greater Dallas

Chartered in 1944, is an organization representing all segments of the residential building industry in the Dallas Metropolitan area. Its mission is to enhance its members’ ability to provide safe, affordable, quality housing to local communities. The Association does this by:

• Promoting positive public policy through active participation in the legislative and regulatory processes
• Providing industry information and education to the members and the public
• Enhancing the positive image of the industry and the members through training and encouraging ethical behavior and professional standards
• Making membership in the Association an essential element of a successful residential building industry company.

Regenesis has been certified by the EPA, as a Lead Safe Certified Firm.  Under this certification, we are committed to using lead-safe work practices to keep our clients safe.  As of the implementaiton date all of our employees and required subcontractors will be EPA Certified Renovators individually.
