Tom is a Senior Vice President and COO for Dallas Renovation Group, and Regenesis Design Build. Tom brings vast experience within the residential and commercial construction industry, having worked extensively as a real estate investor, developer, co-owner in a custom residential construction company and contract manager for many commercial construction projects. Tom has extensive experience in both field and business operations within the industry. Tom was born in Wisconsin, and moved to the Dallas area in 1978.

Tom, being very detail oriented and committed to customer satisfaction, is typically found meeting with clients and evaluating jobs sites on a daily basis.

RICHARD GADWOOD,CR, Vice President, Construction

Certified Remodeler (NARI) and certified Renovator (EPA)

Rich has been involved with home repair and remodeling for well over a decade in Plano, Frisco, Richardson, and Dallas. Prior to being the first employee at Regenesis, Richard owned his own home remodeling company. Rich has expertise in complex home repairs and renovations and is an expert at figuring out difficult or complex remodeling problems, and working with our craftsmen on the solutions. A typical day will find Richard getting multiple Superintendents started on jobs, updating project schedules and budgets, and estimating large scale remodels and additions. Outside of home renovations, Richard loves anything having to do with Kansas and Sports - Jayhawks, Chiefs, or otherwise.  Twitter Richard at "rgadwood"

Roger, a NARI Certified Remodeler and EPA Certified Renovator, is a seasoned construction professional with 20 years of experience in residential and light commercial projects. rOBERT "bOB" hAYES, VICE PRESIDENT, CONSTRUCTION

Bob has lived in the Dallas area for nearly fifty years. Twenty six of those were spent serving the citizens of Richardson as a firefighter/EMT for the RFD while simultaneously running a residential and commercial remodeling company in the north Dallas. Bob concentrates his time with DRG’s Regenesis Design Build and Village Remodeling Divisions which focuses on high quality residential remodeling and invasive repairs. Although he can construct almost anything, building long lasting customer relationships is Bob’s most important goal in any remodeling project.

jim vidrine, cgmb, VICE PRESIDENT, CONSTRUCTION and hba cERTIFIED gRADUATE mASTER bUILDER

Jim has been in the residential and commercial construction business for over 23 years, with vast experiences in top-tier home constuction, including Goodman Homes and K Hovnanian.  Jim is a Certified Graduate Master Builder (HBA), which is the highest level of continuous education offered in construction, by the Dallas Home Builders Association.  Jim has a long and impressive track record of listening to clients, understanding priorities, and delivering exceptional service and results, and managing to budgets.  In his spare time, Jim enjoys golf, hunting, fishing, mountain-biking and traveling with his wife.

Denise is the President and Founder of Denise McGaha Interiors, and offers our clients the absolute best in interior design and item selection for remodeling projects. Denise McGaha InteriorsM Designs is an award-winning company, conveniently located in near north-Dallas, offering a 6,000 square foot design showroom and a wonderfully capable staff of designers, led by President, Denise McGaha.

The staff is fluent in interiors, CAD graphics, and construction design. In addition, the firm offers project management, purchasing and budgeting services on each design project.
