Regenesis Design Build is out to change the face of home renovations.  With expert design and architecture, a powerful process orientation, excellent business systems, and highly skilled and professional management, this is not the typical remodeling company.  We cover most of the areas to the north of downtown Dallas, along the toll-way corridor from the Park Cities through Dallas, west Plano and Frisco.

We maintain over $3 million in liability insurance, have an additional $3 million in builder's risk insurance, carry workers compensation and automobile insurance, and require all of our trade partners to carry insurance.  This is part of our commitment to professionalism and our clients.

We maintain many professional certifications and annual continuing education requirements for our entire staff.  We can accomodate (and routinely do) the most expansive and complex home renovation projects, and also welcome more focused projects such as kitchens, bathooms, and wine cellars.

tOM MCCABE, SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT & coo

CERTIFIED RENOVATOR (EPA) 

Tom is a Senior Vice President and COO for Regenesis Design Build. Tom brings vast experience within the residential and commercial construction industry, having worked extensively as a real estate investor, developer, co-owner in a custom residential construction company and contract manager for many commercial construction projects. Tom has extensive experience in both field and business operations within the industry. Tom was born in Wisconsin, and moved to the Dallas area in 1978.

Tom, being very detail oriented and committed to customer satisfaction, is typically found meeting with clients and evaluating jobs sites on a daily basis.

RICHARD GADWOOD,CR, Vice President, Construction

Certified Remodeler (NARI) and certified Renovator (EPA)

Rich has been involved with home repair and remodeling for well over a decade in Plano, Frisco, Richardson, and Dallas. Prior to being the first employee at Regenesis, Richard owned his own home remodeling company. Rich has expertise in complex home repairs and renovations and is an expert at figuring out difficult or complex remodeling problems, and working with our craftsmen on the solutions. A typical day will find Richard getting multiple Superintendents started on jobs, updating project schedules and budgets, and estimating large scale remodels and additions. Outside of home renovations, Richard loves anything having to do with Kansas and Sports - Jayhawks, Chiefs, or otherwise.  Twitter Richard at "rgadwood"

Roger A. McHenry,CR, Vice President, Construction

CERTIFIED RENOVATOR (EPA) and Certified Remodeler (NARI) 

Roger, a NARI Certified Remodeler and EPA Certified Renovator, is a seasoned construction professional with 20 years of experience in residential and light commercial projects. Roger’s experience includes re-construction for a major resorts company, estimating, project management, and construction for a regional residential housing concern, and almost a decade of high-end residential construction and remodeling.  The soft-spoken Big Man has a knack for always knowing where things stand from a time and cost perspective on jobs, and coming up with creative ways to always get the job done on time. Twitter with Roger at "ramchenry"

chad cunningham, director of Marketing & Communications

Chad is the guru behind all Regenesis marketing efforts, graphical design, and photo wizardry.  Chad's experence ranges from a Production Artist for Neiman Marcus Online to several stints as an Art Director for magazines in Nicaragua and Panama.  Chad received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Painting and Drawing from the University of North Texas.  Although our Architecture, Design, and Construction Staff makes us look good with clients, Chad makes sure we look equally good on paper to prospect clients and the media.  When not roaming our construction sites or visiting with our Trade Partners, Chad can most often be found at his home in Deep Ellum...where else? 

denise mcgaha, designer

Denise is the President and Founder of M Designs to offer our clients the absolute best in interior design and item selection for remodeling projects. M Designs is an award-winning company, conveniently located in near north-Dallas, offering a 6,000 square foot design showroom and a wonderfully capable staff of designers, led by President, Denise McGaha.

The staff is fluent in interiors, CAD graphics, and construction design. In addition, the firm offers project management, purchasing and budgeting services on each design project. With academic backgrounds that span the business and design world, the team is as cohesive as it is diverse. The M Designs team has been noted for their high-end residential and commercial engagements, as well as bank offices, medical suites, and investment offices. M Designs most recently completed the specifications and furnishings design of the Bank of The West 27,000 sq ft corporate headquarters. This beautiful building is located at the end of Main Street in historic downtown Grapevine.  MDesigns has been a partner with Regenesis on a number of our NARI Award-winning projects.
